I very much appreciated the sequence of the 4 essential roles. At first I was thinking why not first the mission\/vision, then the strategy and then the people. But throughout the course, you realize you need the trust element first to be able to make the other 3 roles a success. To me it was a bit counter-intuitive at first, but it actually makes a lot of sense.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also a big shout out to Erik. Very nice guy, great coach.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n
