I found it really really helpful. To be honest, my bias going in was that I was really busy and that training was not going to be worth the time I could spend completing my tasks – but my bias was proved very very wrong!!! And Laura was an excellent trainer and facilitator – thank you!<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n A safe environment where you and your team are confronted by the assumptions and subconconcious behavior that influence your day to day work. But ultimately inspired and challenged to take up on the improvements<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n I liked the open discussion and exchange of thoughts<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n Important topic addressed with a focus on making people self aware of their own biases and what can be done differently.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n I really like it and found it very useful. It is not that thr info is completely new for me, but is is always interesting and good to be aware of bias – \u00ab\u00a0against\u00a0\u00bb me but also the ons that I have. But the connection bias and leadership-role is interesting and new to me<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n The structure\/setup was different than I\u2019m used to and may have contributed tot the feeling \u201cdid I get everything out of thinsession?\u201d<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n I am enlighten with the materials and feeling understood. I feel relieved too.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n A nice combination of learning and experiencing. A lot of nice eyeopeners. Thanks<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n It was very useful to learn how to listen and empathise with other people, in a professional capacity it is easier because you almost have to do it, but on a personal level it is harder to implement and notice, so it\u2019s great to learn how to recognise my own behaviours and become conscious and aware of how I may be judging people which leads to how much empathy I feel for them. This will definitely help in personal relations<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n The workshop was very based on excercises from own experience. I sometimes found it difficult to think of a good example in the tike given, making the excercise difficult to do<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n A bit too simplistic, biases are a necessary part of life, how to manage them more important than staking that you should. Courage!<\/p>\n But good and clear presentation, great speakers<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n Great to be more aware of biases. And how to interact whit others.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n Found the point about perspectives and paradigms very appropriate and well explained.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n Nice and relevant subject, creating awareness about something that is all around us at any time.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n \n 10<\/h4><\/div>\n
